Last week I was invited to speak with Claira Hermet on her BBC Radio London Show. As someone who in the past has suffered from Bulimia nervosa, we spoke for approximately 10 minutes on the rise in mental health issues and the crisis of disordered eating facing young people today, particularly in the wake of COVID.
