I am Jenny Tomei, a qualified eating disorder specialist, nutritional therapist, and personal trainer, and it is an honour to be trusted to be part of your recovery journey.
I work one-to-one with clients who are struggling with eating disorders and body image with a holistic, whole person centred approach. I work with ADHD and autistic clients who are suffering from eating disorders, and also an obsession with exercise.

- Thoughts around exercise, and how to have a healthy relationship with exercise – one that is balanced and not obsessive
- How to fuel the body efficiently for exercise
- Understanding the importance of rest days.
